A North Texas missionary reportedly kidnapped in Mexico was released Friday.
Kyle Bauer can be seen in this video with his family in Puerto Vallarta before he was taken Thursday. He was there doing volunteer work for a California church.
The Foursquare Church said Bauer was returned safely to his family Friday morning.
"We are grateful to God for bringing Kyle safely back home to his wife and children," said Foursquare president, Glenn Burris Jr. in a statement. "The prayer support that permeated the past 24 hours is a testimony to the miraculous outcome of this story."
It is unclear at this time who kidnapped Bauer or what it took to get him back safely.
